Roles & Responsibilities Lead teams through all project phases, managing multiple projects Strong client-facing skills and confident in presenting ideas Expertise in construction documentation, design detailing, and building systems Manage vendors and coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural, lighting, landscape) Ensure clear team communication and maintain project directories Collaborate on design concepts, presentations, and schematic design sets Develop solutions and oversee all design phases and construction documents Maintain project schedules, diff docs, sheet indexes, and drawing logs Research and source materials, vintage furniture, finishes, and decor Manage FF&E budgets, create custom drawings, and handle procurement Prepare client presentations and support presentations to Principals Review Junior/Intermediate designers' work; manage FF&E documentation and specsKey Skills 5-8 years of professional residential design experience Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with 3D modeling and rendering (Rhino, Revit a plus) Strong graphics, visual presentation skills, and hand drawing/rendering capabilities are a plus Strong FF&E experience, specifically with sourcing, procurement, and budgeting Able to work autonomously, proactively manage workload, and communicate effectively both written and verbally
