Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Interior Design Project Manager position.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple and varying sized design projects through all phases from scope and budget creation through construction administration. This position works closely with community representatives and residents, as well as the Property Management & Construction Services Department from commencement to completion of design projects. Assists in developing and maintaining drafting standards, templates, and content library for Revit and AutoCAD.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited interior design programMinimum of three years' experience in the interior design field, preferably in the hospitality, healthcare, or senior living industryPrior experience with contract design exposure (preferred)Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD is requiredNational Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) certification and/or American Institute of Architects (AIA) certification/licensure is preferredMust possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

Pay Range $57,000.00 - $72,000.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
