UW faculty and staff also enjoy outstanding benefits, professional growth opportunities and unique resources in an environment noted for diversity, intellectual excitement, artistic pursuits, and natural beauty. **The UW Libraries & Press has an outstanding opportunity for an Interim Staff Development Programs Coordinator(Program Coordinator (NE H NI WFSE Libraries)).** The Staff Development Programs Coordinator (SDPC) reports to the Assistant Dean (AD), Organizational Development and Inclusion (ODI). This position is part of the UW Libraries Organizational Development and Inclusion Portfolio. In alignment with the Libraries and ODI portfolio’s strategic directions the SDPC will provide coordination, maintenance and administration of the Libraries Organizational Development and Training program (ODT). This is a temporary hourly position during a position vacancy and organizational review. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Coordinates, Maintains and Administers Libraries Organizational Development and Training Programs Provides day-to-day operational oversight and support of the ODT Program, including but not limited to: + Employee Scholarship Programs (e.g., RenewU Staff Scholarship and Student Employee Scholarship) + Student Employee Appreciation Week + DevelopU + New Hire Orientations (e.g., New Employee Orientation and New Student Employee Orientation) + Service Recognition Program (e.g., Prime Numbers) + Supports development of ODT program events and services, which may include implementing strategic short- and long-term goals, initiatives, projects, and program plans + Supports the establishment of ODT program policies, procedures to ensure program compliance + Manages affiliated budgets and ensure program compliance with University and Libraries policies and procedures + Supports coordination for the Libraries Student Employee Scholarship Reception + Creates and deliver marketing and communications related to ODT program initiatives and eventsSupports the Libraries Compliance to UW Training Requirements + Coordinates outreach related to UW Hazing Prevention and Title IX training requirements + Generates compliance reports + Works with UW central units and partnersOther Duties as Assigned + Works closely with the AD for ODI on organizational development and inclusion projects **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** + High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in organizational or staff development + OR equivalent education/experience. **ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS** + Experiences in organizational development, staff development, or program operations management + Ability to maintain confidentiality + Strategic thinker with innovative problem-solving ability + Experience working with diverse populations **DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Experience with Workday and similar systems + Experience working with learning management systems + Experience with developing and maintaining training programs University of Washington is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer.
