The Advanced Technology Strategic Business Unit Team has a great opportunity for a Procurement Professional in a highly collaborative role working across RTX entities for Inter-Organizational Work supporting Advanced Technology Programs.
**What You Will Do:**
The Inter-Organizational Transfer (IOT) Buyer is responsible for the creation and maintenance of purchase orders issued to other RTX performers. Responsibilities include collaboration with other Supply Chain personnel as well as other functional groups (Operations, Quality, Engineering, Program Management etc.) to ensure all necessary information is provided in support of PRSIM/SAP purchase order issuance. In addition, the buyer will maintain the IOT purchase order with any necessary revisions resulting from scope changes, management of delivery dates, and PO closeout.
**Qualifications you Must Have:**
A University Degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or 3 years Experience and a Advanced Degree in a related field: supply chain management, business management, finance, project management/account management, or similar role
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract."
Qualifications We Prefer:
SAP/PRISM based environment experience
Supply Chain experience as buyer or other transactional related scope
**Qualifications We Prefer:**
Masters’ degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field
Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and implementing process improvements
DoD procurement experience and knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS).
Experience with Government purchase orders.
Demonstrated understanding of all phases of sourcing and procurement execution
SAP experience

The salary range for this role is 90,000 USD - 182,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
