Intelligent Automation Operations - Associate

As an Intelligent Automation Operations - Associate in the Intelligent Automation team, you will be responsible for being part of the team at the forefront of this growth and transformation journey, leveraging digital tools (e.g. UiPath, Alteryx, Tableau, etc.).  You will support the Asia Pacific (APAC) Securities Services Operations teams through collaborating with global and regional business stakeholders to deliver against our roadmap.

Job responsibilities:

Perform data analysis and business process workflow analysis with strong analytical skills and business knowledge Capture business requirements and demonstrate ability to create effective user cases with available digital capabilities within the firm, which may include intelligent automation toolkit, machine learning packages etc.  Work with business stakeholders, technology, Automation Intelligent teams to deliver digital pilot projects and demonstrate business value. Create project plans for transformation projects and communicate tasks, milestone dates, status to various stakeholders from operations, business, technology etc.  Provide regular progress updates and project showcase to senior management and global stakeholders on digital transformation initiatives. 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

At least 5 years’ experience in financial services or a related industry sector such as professional services, or technology providers. Experience in articulating incubation and proof of concept ideas that demonstrate value, taking through to execution. Experience with program management or project management Ability to multi-task and proven problem solving capability with demonstrated ability to drive issues through to resolution. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Experience with Alteryx, UiPath, Tableau, and Python an advantage. Understanding of the Securities Services preferred. Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning preferred. Business architect experience preferred
