Overview: S4 Inc. employees selected for this position will be supporting USSTRATCOM JCER missions in order to provide the JCER Director with Planning, Analysis, Spectrum Management, and Intelligence support. In addition, S4 employees will support Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for JCER to accomplish Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) readiness evaluations in order to accredit each Service\/United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). \n

S4 Inc. is looking for an Intelligence\/Threat Analyst with an understanding of the Electromagnetic Spectrum and supporting Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) platforms.\n

Specific Duties: In this position, you will be responsible for:\n\nDeveloping detailed mission analysis and integrating resources to determine capabilities to meet the JCER mission; \nMaking recommendations to service or joint tactics, weapon schools, or publications based on findings of JCER evaluations; \nAnalyzing threat data and controlling receipt and dissemination of foreign intelligence information; \nEvaluating emerging EMSO threats in order to present findings, conclusions, and recommendations based on evaluation results; \nConducting tactical, operational, and strategic level research concerning the impact of existing and emerging EMSO threats to joint operations;\nIntegrating IC reporting into customer processes to facilitate realistic training; \nAssimilating information from various sources to develop a comprehensive EMSO information baseline in support of strategic planning for agency assessments; \nSupporting execution of intelligence agency assessments;\nCollecting data in support of analysis and reporting requirements; \nProviding subject matter expertise on US, Allied, and threat EMSO capabilities and tactics; \nTeaching EMSO threat capabilities at various training courses, to include building audio\/visual training aides and other course materials as required\n\n

Qualifications:\n\nIntelligence experience (navy preferred);\n5 plus years of Operational level experience \nUnderstanding of current service capabilities to include communication\/tactical data links and tactics with knowledge of vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EMSO\n\n

Desired Qualifications:\n\nKnowledge of integrating JEMSO into exercise planning is a plus.\n10 plus years in threat analysis, operational mission planning, and adversary EMSO capabilities\n\n\nExperience conducting studies, performing research, reporting, and making recommendations concerning instrumentation and evaluation resources necessary to execute risk reduction and evaluation events \nExperience working with partnering agencies that share interests in support of data collection, reduction, or JEMSO operations in conjunction with JCER evaluations\n10 plus years of intelligence experience with experience in tactical and operational employment of EMSO and experience working with a variety of Intelligence Community (IC) stakeholders\n\n
