Summary You will serve as an Acoustic Intelligence (ACINT) Foreign Programs Manager in the Acoustic Intelligence Department of FARRAGUT TECHNICAL ANALYSIS CENTER. This position is located in Suitland, MD. All Defense Intelligence positions under the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) are in the excepted service by specific statute, 10 U.S.C. 1601. This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status. Responsibilities You will serve as the primary program manager on all Acoustic Intelligence (ACINT) foreign programs. You will collate and coordinate the efforts of more than 60 ACINT analysts spanning several divisions with the ACINT department to support a diverse set of relationships with multiple domestic and foreign customers and partners. You will represent established policies to working level analysts, senior management and flag/SES officials for both domestic and foreign organizations. You will recommend to senior leaders ways ahead for strategic planning, resources and fulfilling intelligence mission objectives Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing extensive experience performing acoustic analysis using a variety of spectrum analyzers to determine acoustic signature content; 2) Generating complex analytical reports and presentations based on existing and original analyses; 3) Preparing, editing, critiquing and delivering formal and informal briefings; and, 4) Advising, consulting with, briefing and collaborating with multiple internal organizations within the command and externally within the Intelligence Community (IC) to obtain and share information, present policy and fill intelligence gaps.
