A nationally recognized Intellectual Property practice is seeking a mid-level associate with 4+ years of substantive IP litigation experience to join its team in Atlanta. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative group of attorneys focused on protecting and monetizing groundbreaking technologies across multiple industries.

  Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in patent litigation matters, including cases before the PTAB Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and manage complex discovery Collaborate with technical experts and inventors across a wide range of technologies Participate in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy Assist clients in the strategic development and protection of their IP portfolios   Qualifications: 4+ years of intellectual property litigation experience A technical degree in electrical engineering is highly desirable PTAB experience is strongly preferred Excellent academic credentials and strong written and verbal communication skills Admission to practice in Georgia

 

Compensation: Salary range: $275,000 – $305,000, based on experience
