Integrity GRC Risk Management Lead
**Summary:** Meta's Integrity GRC is the central engine driving risk management and compliance at the company for integrity risks. We’re seeking experienced risk and compliance talent to help enable and safeguard Meta’s products and services which have a global scale. Integrity GRC is simultaneously responsible for, (a) enabling the business to achieve its goals at scale and pace; (b) safeguarding the business against real world integrity risks; and (c) addressing the regulatory scrutiny the business faces. Our goal is to make Meta the premier place to work for governance, risk, and compliance professionals. This role will lead large and complex risk assessments and support continual evolution of Meta's Integrity Risk Management operations. **Required Skills:** Integrity GRC Risk Management Lead Responsibilities: 1. Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, and/or manage project plans for supported program(s). 2. Prioritize program goals, understand and translate other stakeholders’ needs into program goals and prioritized deliverables with minimal assistance, and contribute to decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables. 3. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact. 4. Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations. 5. Implement maturity frameworks across multiple programs factoring in emerging regulations and proactive detection of risks. 6. Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals. 7. Establishment of learnings, best practices, standardized frameworks and tools across programs and projects. 8. Establishment of communication modes and cadences with various stakeholders, conducting planned and ad-hoc meetings with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones are on track and to communicate latest status to them, and sharing of meeting minutes and regular updates with various stakeholders. 9. Identification of stakeholders and their roles, keeping them updated on the progress of the project, addressing their concerns, seeking and implementing their feedback. 10. Identification of risks and detailing of a mitigation plan to ensure that the project stays on track, or is brought back on track in the event of delays or blockers. 11. Support business travel on an as needed basis (up to 10%). **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 12. BS or BA degree with 10+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, transparency reporting, integrity, and/or technology risk including one or more domains (e.g., access management, vulnerability management, change management, business continuity, application security, asset management). 13. Communication experience, along with facilitation, analytical, leadership, delegation, and presentation skills. 14. Experience moving from strategy to execution and delivering tangible results. 15. Experience in consistently and effectively defending ideas and solutions. 16. Experience in effectively analyzing risk, compliance, and maturity within the context of business, and technology problems. 17. Problem solving and trouble-shooting experience. 18. Experience collaborating with multiple technical and non-technical teams to deliver successful programs / projects. 19. Foundation program management skills such as planning, organizing, pre-empting risks/blockers, communicating with stakeholders, to deliver successful programs / projects. 20. Experience working with product, legal, and policy teams to assess risk. 21. Experience preparing risk analyses that have been submitted to government or NGO regulators. **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 22.
