The Integration Specialist implements and supports the NBS connector. This position is a technical subject matter expert in the assigned middleware (connector) and knowledgeable in both internal and external connected systems.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Elicits integration details from customers and stakeholders to better understand implementation.
2. Identifies integration gaps and pursue equitable resolutions.
3. Works directly with internal and external technical resources and resolve middleware (connector) related issues.
4. Resolves daily client issues.
5. Owns the integration process for assigned ERP system.
6. Provide positive and solution-oriented assistance to clients and stakeholders.
Salary for this role is: $55,000
EDUCATION:
1. Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE:
1. 1+ years of experience with NBS products or similar position at another company.
