Integration Architect

 

    Primary Job Purpose

As Integration architect at ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions you will have a leading role in the design of systems integrations and the assessment of integration capabilities. You will develop, configure and maintain integration artifacts as sync and async services, ALE/ IDOCS etc. This in a modern environment covering sales & customer service, product management, supply chain logistics, warehousing, and financial process support for a global international company. Key Position Accountabilities:

Design and implement end-to-end integration scenarios, primarily related to SAP, ensuring seamless communication between systems.

Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to define and document the integration aspects of key end-to-end business scenarios.

Maintain, develop and document Integration artifacts for ERP / CRM supporting processes of sales & customer service, product management, supply chain logistics, warehousing, finance and controlling.

Assist in and perform troubleshooting where integration specialist support is needed.

Interact with SAP and other stakeholders through global support portal, creating and cooperating in support ticket resolution.

Actively and proactively Identify opportunities to improve development and integration processes, tools, and methodologies. Including leading assessment of new capabilities when relevant.

 

SELECTION CRITERIA 

Essential:

Bachelor / Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent discipline

10+Years of overall experience with solid experience in SAP.

At least 5+ years of experience working with in Integration hands-on in ERP/CRM Projects.

Experience of working with development, extension, maintenance and documentation of integration best practices.

Experience from leading roles in design of systems integration where planning, coordinating and documenting is part of the work.

Experience of troubleshooting in areas of ERP/ CRM Integration.

Basic experience from supply chain logistics, warehousing and or Finance processes in SAP.

Strong communication skills in English, self-driven and motivated.

Autonomous / independent style of work, teamwork and good communication style.

Ability to learn new tasks quickly; demonstrate flexibility when presented with change.

Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people may understand

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in delivering projects in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work fluidly with several technical disciplines, including program management, development, test, operations, and support.

Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships across groups and all management levels.

 

Mandatory Technical Skills:

Experience of working with SAP from a systems integration perspective.

 

Desirable Technical Skills:

Experience of working with Boomi/Workato/Zapier or any other integration platform.

Experience of working with SAP S4 HANA Integration suite (CPI) / Seeburger.

 

Work environment factors:       

Office based/Remote with occasional international travel.

Working times are European time zone, however open to be available in APAC/US time zone as well for the need basis.
