Join our team and start your journey today! + **Description:** We are seeking an experienced **Integration and Operations Expert** to manage and optimize our digital platforms powered by **Optimizely Configured Commerce** and **Optimizely Content Management System (CMS)** . This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless website operations, delivering an exceptional user experience, and driving innovation in our digital ecosystem. + You will collaborate with multi-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure our platforms are fully coordinated, operationally efficient, and aligned with business goals. **Responsibilities:** **Platform Integration & Optimization:** + Oversee the ongoing integration and growth of Optimizely Configured Commerce and CMS systems with third-party applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, analytics tools). + Manage APIs and connectors to enable seamless data flow between systems. + Perform performance monitoring and fixing to optimize platform stability and speed. **Operations Management:** + Maintain the health and security of the websites, ensuring uptime and alignment with industry standards. + Coordinate regular updates, including CMS content updates, system patches, and platform upgrades. + Monitor critical metrics and ensure systems align with business objectives. **Collaboration & Support:** + Work closely with developers and operations engineers to test and deploy new features and enhancements. + Partner with the product owners, marketing and content teams to optimize the customer journey and deliver compelling digital experiences. + Offer training and technical support to internal collaborators to improve platform utilization. **Forward-thinking planning:** + Identify and recommend enhancements to the digital platforms to drive growth and improve user engagement. + Stay updated on the latest Optimizely features, trends, and standard methodologies to maintain a competitive edge. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** **Technical Expertise:** + 3+ years of demonstrable experience in managing and configuring Optimizely Configured Commerce and Optimizely or similar CMS platforms. + Proficiency in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.+++API gateway, single sign on, etc… + Good understanding of APIs, integrations, and data workflows and monitoring techniques. + Familiarity with standard processes for ensuring security in eCommerce and content management platforms. **Operational Skills:** + Experience with website performance monitoring tools (e.g., Google Analytics, New Relic). + Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving complex system issues. + Knowledge of digital marketing practices, SEO, and analytics integration. **Soft Skills:** + Superb communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical teams. + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Analytical approach with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with ERP and CRM integrations (e.g., Oracle EBS, Salesforce). + Certification in Optimizely or related technologies. + Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps Boards). **Flexible Work Schedule:** This role has the flexibility of a remote work option up to three days a week and a core hour schedule. You can choose to flex your start and stop times given you are working during the core hours of 9:00am - 3:00pm.
