Job Summary: As the Integrated Systems Manager at GWS Tool Group, you will play a critical role in implementing, managing, and improving the integrated ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 systems. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of our business processes in compliance with international standards. You will be responsible for managing the Quality Assurance and EHS support personnel.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Implement Integrated Management Systems (IMS): Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the integrated ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 systems across the organization.
Compliance Management: Ensure GWS Tool Group meets the requirements of ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System).
Stay up to date with the latest standards and regulations and ensure company compliance.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency while maintaining compliance with ISO standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and monitor their effectiveness.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards, environmental impacts, and quality risks within the organization.
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain documentation related to the integrated management systems, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and forms.
Provide training to employees on quality, environmental, and health and safety topics as required.
Auditing and Monitoring: Plan and conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and identify areas for improvement.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor trends, and report on the effectiveness of the integrated management systems to top management.
Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Facilitate the identification and implementation of improvement initiatives and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of the integrated management systems.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, to address quality, environmental, and health and safety requirements.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination related to the integrated management systems.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Quality Management.
Proven experience (5 years) in implementing and managing integrated management systems, specifically ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles, environmental management practices, and occupational health and safety regulations.
Familiarity with auditing techniques and experience in conducting internal audits.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Certification as a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 is highly desirable.
Experience in the manufacturing industry or similar environments is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds at a time.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to drive or fly to all facilities.
