Description Job Description Summary: This position requires basic technical and product knowledge in the daily responsibilities of performing outbound phone sales with a focus on building and broadening existing customer insurance relationships using multiple Huntington Insurance products. This position will interact closely with bank or insurance customers that have expressed interest in either getting a comparison quote or we have identified as a prospect. This position utilizes SalesForce to manage their referral pipeline. This individual needs to be a self-motivator to meet daily and monthly goals. D uties and Responsibilities: + Maintain responsibility for self-management and development + Meet with supervisor to ensure alignment and gain agreement on goals and performance standards  + Record updates to goal achievements as indicated throughout year  + Possess knowledge of insurance industry changes and trends  + Identify training needs and work with supervisor to obtain appropriate training   + Maintain and develop product line knowledge through participation in educational opportunities  + Act as a resource for continuous improvement initiatives + Follow established agency policies and procedures and all subsequent updates  + Adhere to agency service standards and timelines  + Utilize agency technology and software applications including agency management systems, document management systems and workflows  + Provide customer service to agency clients and take ownership of customer inquiries t hrough resolution + Review policies for quality assurance requirements in accordance with agency procedures  + Seek cross sell and referral opportunities across product lines  + Utilize agency management, workflow, and diary systems to ensure timely service and follow up  + Assist with colleague training as requested + Perform other duties as assigned by management Basic Qualifications: + High School Diploma or equivalent Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) No Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
