회사내 업무부서 동료와 협력하여 보험계약 실적 입력 및 관련 시스템 운영 및 품질을 관리적시에 정확한 시스템 입력 거래 및 후속 문서화를 처리하여 각부서 동료들과 협업다양한 내부 동료를 위한 보고서 작성 관리와 내부 데이터베이스 및 참조 영역에 대한 데이터 입력 및 감독을 지원양질의 서비스 제공과 품질 및 운영 표준의 완전한 준수를 보장팀 내 효율성과 품질을 지속적으로 개선하기 위해 관리 팀 및 프로세스의 운영 지원을 협력서비스 수준 계약(SLA), 핵심 성과 지표(KPI) 및 비즈니스 목표 달성에 기여하기 위해 노력변경 사항 전달 및 관련 성과 보고를 지원하여 특별 프로젝트 또는 이니셔티브에 참여하는 고위급 동료를 지원보험 비즈니스와 규제 환경에 대한 기본적인 이해와 브로커 및 기타 주요 보험 계약 참여자에 대한 관련 절차 요건을 파악

학사 학위 또는 이와 동등한 업무 경험 우대손해보험, 생명보험, 재보험 등 다양한 유형의 보험 비즈니스에서 운영 업무 경력 및 중개 업무 경험 보유자 우대보험 보장에 대한 실무 지식은 플러스영어 능력은 플러스
