What you will do: + Contact customers via phone and email to obtain updated insurance information + Correspond with insurance carriers, third parties, and customers on all insurance matters + Process cancellations and refunds for ancillary products + Communicate with dealerships regarding cancelled ancillary products + Understand and apply regulatory guidelines Things that will help you succeed: + Experience in insurance claims or finance is a plus + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail + High school diploma or equivalent + Basic computer skills + Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Other Requirements: + Must submit to a background check
