Location: Beijing/Shanghai/Guangzhou/Hangzhou/Nanjing

The Role

Develop, executing and managing branch strategy and action plan to achieve the production budget and engagement target. Prepares submission/coverage specifications and submits proposals to carriers Receives quotes from carriers and negotiates for the best program for clients, including but not limited to coverage comparisons Preparation and finalization of Carrier and Client quotes & coverage confirmations to ensure contract certainty Binds carrier quotes and obtains binders and coverage confirmations. Maintain and develop business relationships with specific key partners Initiate and organize events , seminars, training for the key partners  Maintains account documentation and correspondence ensuring internal audit compliance

 

The Requirements

College degree or above, preferably majoring in Finance, Economics, International Trade   Insurance, or Law. 5-10 years of relevant working experience.  Good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, English.  Good communication skill and open minded Details oriented and highly sensitive to data, the solid EXCEL, PPT skill is a must Capabilities to deliver independently with reliable performance Adapted to travel A robust team player with mature customer servicing skills
