Minimum Qualifications:

Working knowledge of medical/insurance terminologyDemonstrated ability to analyze and explain insurance requirements and benefitsWorking knowledge of insurance regulations, billing procedures and diagnosis codingWorking knowledge of automated UB92 and/or HCFA 1500 billingWorking knowledge of hospital registration procedures  Responsibilities

Analyzes insurance medical necessity requirements and benefits to ensure requirements are met for claims to be submitted according to IH's standards of quality, efficiency and desired outcomes.
