**Overview** **Archer Western Construction-Snell JV, a member of The Walsh Group** is currently seeking an **Instrument Person** for the **Atlanta Region** , **GDOT I-285 / I-285 East Interchange Project** in **Decatur GA.** The Instrument Person's primary function to operate surveying instruments and mark reference points for grades; may oversee Rodman.
