The Instructional Products (IP) content team is responsible for instructional materials — user guides, help systems, tips, and more. IP is passionate about answering product questions quickly and accurately, and helping people discover what’s possible with their Apple products. In this role, you’ll lead the instructional design team that creates user education solutions for audio and video products, and other exciting Apple areas. We are looking for a strong, innovative leader with a proven ability to drive cross-functional experiences in a fast-paced engineering environment.
