Instructional Designer
Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Instructional Designer in the IT Software industry, based in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will be leading the development of a comprehensive learning and certification program for our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system, and creating engaging training modules using modern e-learning tools. Responsibilities: • Lead the creation of an end-to-end P2P certification curriculum tailored to various user roles. • Develop dynamic training materials including e-learning modules, videos, job aids, infographics, and interactive content. • Utilize e-learning tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms to design scalable training solutions. • Collaborate with varied stakeholders to align the training initiatives with the business objectives. • Facilitate virtual training sessions and provide ongoing coaching to the participants. • Evaluate the effectiveness of the training program through success metrics, feedback, and reporting dashboards. • Leverage your expertise in Instructional Design methodologies and adult learning principles. • Create user-centric training experiences in a fast-paced, enterprise environment. • Bring to use your skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, Brand Awareness, Corporate Procurement, Employee Training, P2P, Graphic Design, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, and e-Learning Modules. Requirements • Applicants must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Instructional Design. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is a must for this role. • A strong understanding of brand awareness strategies and implementation is required. • Experience in corporate procurement is essential. • The candidate should have a proven track record in employee training and development. • Skills in P2P (Peer-to-Peer) processes are necessary for this role. • The role demands expertise in graphic design. • Applicants should have a solid background in instructional design. • Demonstrated experience in organizational development is highly desirable. • Ability to develop and implement e-Learning modules is a key requirement for this role.
