Responsibilities: * The Instructional Designer will use adult learning principles with instructional design methodologies and techniques * Identify and create learning solutions to close performance gaps and change behavior * Presenting to all levels of leadership from associates to senior leaders * Creation of learner-centric experiences and content that incorporate sound instructional design methodologies and UX design with practical application * Evaluation of learning solutions to close performance gaps and change behavior * The Instructional Designer will be collaborating with peers to build solutions that solve business problems and opportunities
