Services at Apple encompass some of the world’s most innovative software including Apple Music, App Store, Apple Books, Podcasts, Apple TV+, Apple News+ and more. Services reach millions of iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Apple Watch and Mac customers in over 175 countries World Wide. The Services Employee Engagement team is focused on onboarding and learning and development programs for employees across the Services business. Training is delivered via classroom style sessions around the world via video conference, or in person. We are looking for a creative instructional designer to help design materials to support a new program for managers across Services. This person will be responsible for the creation of training materials and content, working closely with the Services Employee Engagement team lead, and wider learning and development stakeholders across Services.
