Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Design Specialist to join on a six-month contract with the potential for extension. This role involves designing, improving, and supporting training materials and documentation for various Product Service Lines and Support Services. The position is on-site and requires strong technical skills in e-learning tools and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities: * Instructional Design Specialist will design, improve, and support training materials and special documentation based on organizational needs * Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to develop effective learning solutions * Utilize e-learning tools to create interactive and engaging training content * As an Instructional Design Specialist, you will edit and produce videos to enhance training materials * Manage multiple projects autonomously while meeting deadlines
