このポジションは、担当カテゴリーの仕入れと在庫管理に責任を持ち、在庫回転率を高め、オペレーションを改善することにより、ストアの売上・利益・キャッシュフローの最大化に努めます。
Amazon Fresh事業における、在庫とサプライチェーン管理方法を改善するための、革新的なソリューションやプログラムを特定、創造、開発、統合することに専念します。この事業は他のプロダクトファミリーと違い、保管と配送の温度管理や短い期限管理品、廃棄等のより複雑な要件があります。
また、お客様の利便性および満足度の向上にも責任を負い、冷蔵・冷凍それぞれの商品特性に応じた効率的なオペレーションを追求します。これらを達成するために、在庫状況の分析、仕入れ計画の立案、オペレーションの改善、取引先ベンダーとの交渉などを行います。
マネージャーの方針の下で、必要に応じてマネージャーの指示・サポートを得ながら、担当業務を自立的に行います。　

職務内容詳細

倉庫内面積の効率利用 - バイヤーやオペレーションチームと連携し、定期的なレビューや仕組みの改善を通し、スケーラブルかつ持続性のある倉庫内面積の効率的な使用計画の策定。これは新しいFCのキャパシティプランニングも含まれます。

お客様の利便性及び満足度を最大化するような需要予測及び在庫購入の実施 - S&OP PMと密に連携し、お客様の利便性が継続的に最大化するような最適な購買計画の作成

ベンダーオペレーション管理 - 取引先ベンダーと協業し、お客様の手元に届いた後の残存賞味期限が最大化され、商品の鮮度や安全性が担保されるような最適な入庫オペレーションの構築及び管理

業務改善 - 在庫管理に関係するプロジェクトに参画し、ベストプラクティスの共有を通し、業務プロセスまたは効率の改善を推進


Job Description
In this role, you will own developing plans and executing on initiatives that will support excellent inventory management for the assigned categories, improve inventory turns, and maximize the store sales/profit/cash-flow of Fresh retail business. We are looking for individuals to dedicate themselves to identifying, creating, developing and integrating innovative solutions and programs that lead to improvements in the way we manage inventory and supply chain in Amazon Fresh retail business, which require more complexity than other product families – e.g. temp control in both storage and delivery, short shelf life, and shrink. Additionally, you will be responsible for improving customer convenience and satisfaction, pursuing efficient operations tailored to the specific characteristics of refrigerated and frozen products. To achieve these goals, you will analyze inventory status, develop procurement plans, improve operations, and negotiate with vendor partners. The candidate will be working independently for the assigned areas of responsibility with manager’s guidance and supports when necessary.

Job Detail

Best FC space utilization – Work cross functionally with Vendor Management team and Operation team to build scalable and sustainable FC space utilization planning with regular review and improvement mechanism. This also includes new FC capacity planning.
Forecasting and buying to keep the best availability for customers – Work closely with S&OP PM to build the best optimized buying planning and execution for stable product availability for customers.
End to end vendor operation management – Work with vendors to build and maintain the best inbound operation while keeping as much pad-time for customer as possible, and product freshness and safety.
Process improvement - Join projects around instock related matters. Learn and share best practices to improve operational excellence and process improvement.

Key job responsibilities
· Develop supply chain project management for Fresh in Japan and Singapore
· Drive process improvement opportunities, with a special focus on efficiency and scalability, working with technical teams, vendors and operations teams.
· Manage senior stakeholders from different teams (from retail to tech), being able to influence others.
· Manage large scale data to drive decision making;
· Define the strategy of the supply chain for Fresh for the next years, learning from other countries, business, industries and competitors.
