Effectively prepare job sites for setup and tear downAssist in installing products according to manufacturer specifications and building code requirementsWork collaboratively with the Lead Installer to provide exceptional service to customersParticipate in and promote safety initiativesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentComplete all required installation, safety, and other job-related trainingFoster a positive team environmentDemonstrate personal accountability and leadershipBuild and maintain positive relationships with coworkers and customersPerform other duties as assigned

Skills:

Trade school diploma or certification (preferred but not required)Two years of general carpentry experience (preferred but not required)Experience in window and door installation (preferred but not required)Residential home remodeling experience (preferred but not required)

Verbal and written communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentialityOrganizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressureHigh school diploma or equivalent experienceAbility to work at heights using ladders, planks, and roofsAttention to detail and a high standard of integrityPhysical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, frequently stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and work outdoors year-roundAbility to handle exposure to pets and other animals (cats, dogs, bees, etc.)Experience using hand and power tools
