Responsibilities Installs, tests, and troubleshoots new CCTV, access control, and security systems accurately and on time following Kastle's procedures and quality control standards. Pulling cable, rough in/patch in, bending conduit, terminate. Identify any issues regarding timeline or progress and communicate to supervisor. Stays up to date and knowledgeable in Kastle services, technology and internal processes/procedures. Qualifications 1 or more years’ experience installing: commercial access control, video systems, low voltage and commerical wiring/cabling door hardware, electric and mechanical locking devices (rex/mag/strike) Knowlege of building codes pertaining to construction and electrical systems High School diploma/GED preferred Technical/Trade/Vocational school certificate in electronics/electrical is preferred Strong electronics knowledge/background (AC/DC theory, series and parallel circuits, relay logic, open/close loops) and ability to use digital volt meters Knowledge of IP, Ethernet, and networking protocol and Cat5 technologies is preferred Equal Opportunity Statement At Kastle, we believe that diversity makes us stronger - at work and in the world.
