The Installation Manager reports to the Branch Manager based in this location and is responsible for overseeing and managing the installation of replacement windows, siding and doors in their assigned market area. The Installation Manager will ensure that both the work completed and the customer's satisfaction meets or exceeds company standards.Core Role ResponsibilitiesRecruits, selects, trains, and manages installers, measure, service, and warehouse techniciansOversees job sites to ensure quality installations are being completedAttends re-measurement and service appointments as needed Performs small services while on site as necessaryWorks with scheduling coordinators to ensure appropriate crew assignmentsServes as customer service liaison when install-related problems ariseManages run rates and guild quality scoresPerforms regular unplanned job inspections Ensures inventory of installation materials Performs other duties as assignedBasic QualificationsHigh school Diploma or GED required5+ years of direct management experience in related industry5+ years of issue resolution experience in the home improvement field Valid drivers license and driving record that meets company’s insurance standardsPreferred Qualifications College degree or other secondary education preferredHigh proficiency-level in Microsoft Office SuiteExpertise in CRMs; Salesforce experience a plus Customer-centric mindsetDemonstrated success in deadline-driven and high pressure environmentWindow Nation cultivates a culture of inclusion that respects our employees' individual strengths, views, and experiences.
