The Installation Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Installation, Service, and Dispatch departments for Won-Door Corporation. This position ensures seamless coordination across these teams to deliver timely and high-quality installation and servicing of Won-Door products. The successful candidate will oversee adherence to contract specifications, building codes, and company policies while maintaining operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The role also involves analyzing and resolving discrepancies in installer expenses, installation codes, and project documentation. Periodic site visits are required to uphold workmanship standards and U.L. compliance.
