WHAT'S THE JOB?
We are looking to ad a passionate Inside Sales Support Specialist to our team! This is a remote role, open to candidates across Canada. Duties include but are not limited too:
Develop growth strategies and plansManage and retain relationships with existing clientsContacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings using company SoftwareArrange business meetings with prospective clientsIncrease client base and develop external sales channelsPromote business image via social media, B2B and other marketing platformsTrack sales progress and develop monthly sales targetsManage sales, and client careExamine risks and potentials for the business opportunitiesGenerate quotes for clientsRun monthly sales reporting and provide summary to the senior management teamQualificationsWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Must have at least 10 years of experience in a Business Development roleExperience in the janitorial and hospitality business. Knowledge of housekeeping, commercial cleaning, and customer service are required.Knowledge of the janitorial and hospitality business is an assetAbility to work independently and lead the team efficiently. Good decision-making skills are essential to be successful in this role.Outstanding time management skills, strong computer literacy, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Additional InformationWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
