We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist at our Rockdale, IL location. This person is to have exceptional customer service skills. They are not afraid of calling and emailing customers and/or prospects. They should be comfortable with and assigning tasks to the ASM (area sales manager) to qualify inbound leads, scheduling meetings for the ASM, and following-up with sales to ensure we close the loop. This role will focus on driving customer success and improving business results.
Duties will include and not limited to:
Market research using sales tolls such as: PGA, IIR, and other databasesTarget customer identification and lead/opportunity creationResearch accounts; identify key players; generate interestCommunicate with customers, making extensive outbound calls, emails, etc. to potential customersAnswer potential customers’ questions and send additional information per emailRoute qualified opportunities to the ASM (Area Sales Manager) for further development and closurePartner with ASM to build the pipeline, assist and prepare quotes, close deals and generate revenueBe a leader and set a good example by way of use in our SalesForce.com ensuring excellent data qualityStay up to date with product and service information and updates through Marketing Product ManagerComply with Digital Platform to maintain tracking of potential accounts.Collaborate with marketing to create effective marketing solutions and drive results for clientsExperience requirements
Some years of relevant experience in B2B process documentation, and project management.
Educational requirements
You have a university degree or equal by working experience in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
Personality requirements
We are looking for someone who is customer minded, positive, curious, and resilient. Must possess high organizational skills.
She/he is also a good communicative team player, who works towards the team’s mission, keeping in mind the effects of own actions on the rest of the organization.
You have the willingness to travel from time to time. You are expected to attend meetings and conference calls as required.
