**Inside Sales Representative**
You are a detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for the coordination and generation of proposals for Coppus diverse offering of commercial grade ventilators, accessories and replacement components. You will serve as company representative who deals with outside customers and vendors on day-to-day business matters on assigned accounts to include reviewing requests for quotations, estimating labor and production costs, determining material needed on projects, obtaining bids from vendors, obtaining all approvals required for customer quotations, writing and submitting final quotations in accordance with established guidelines and communicating with and meeting with customers. You will be working closely with business unit leadership, business development managers, production, and office staff to meet and exceed customer expectations. Under minimal supervision, may receive, process, coordinate and track new business opportunities throughout all Fleet Solutions locations.

**Your Challenge**
+ Maintain and improve customer and representative relationships both domestic and international
+ Receives incoming customer requests for quote, enters data into a CRM system, selects appropriate cost models, determine scope, solicits internal / external vendor pricing, obtaining schedule information, generates final proposal and issues to customers
+ Reviews contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, government and contract specifications and requirements, and conformance to master agreements
+ Maintains appropriate records and documentation; tracks, monitors, and reports data to support proposal development
+ Interfaces with operations team to ensure technical and schedule accuracy of the proposals
+ Provide growth to sale of ventilation products and profit margin through rapid responses to requests and strictly following established discount and commission schedule
+ Supporting business unit’s external sales and business development staff with visits to clients, technical assistance, and coordinating sales activities
+ Becomes an integral part of a team that strives for continuous improvement by encouraging, initiating and/or executing improvement ideas
+ Utilize Oracle system to ensure inventory levels are sufficient to support future work, as well as submit internal requisitions for required material not in stock at local level
+ Closely monitor ongoing job costs, with focus on cost actual versus quote/estimate
+ Complete filing with Automated Export System (AES) with United States Government for exported sales to ensure compliance. Work directly with freight forwarders to arrange pickup transport of goods. Ensure that compliance to sanctioned countries is followed sales when not permitted
+ Maintains appropriate records and documentation; tracks, monitors, and reports data to support proposal development
+ Assist with and support the various projects and initiatives within our service center locations
+ Other duties as necessary
**What You Bring**
+ Must be US Citizen and able to obtain DOD security clearance
+ Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in a business/technical field), or minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
+ Strong capability in proposal development and project management
+ Strong oral and written communication skills
+ Solid knowledge and experience with MS Office, MS Excel and MS Outlook
+ Experience utilizing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems such as Salesforce desirable
+ Effective time management practices
+ Experience in industrial sales and repairs or equivalent highly preferred
