As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will assist customers by identifying the best solution for their application, independently crafting quotations and ensuring requests are handled at a high quality, accurately and on time.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Taking ownership for customer orders received against quotations and verify them for accuracy. Ensuring that the factory items have been scheduled for shipping, internal orders are placed by the purchasing department and service requests are raised. Liaising with Sales team to advise about the status or possible challenges regarding received quotes and orders.  Generating proposal documents (technical and commercial) based on a specific proposal template.  Maintaining all databases accurate and updated.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Previous experience in a similar role (customer support, sales support, technical sales etc). English proficiency (written/read/spoken). Good usage of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Basic knowledge of Industry Processes or Process Control and Instrumentation. Experience working in a matrix organization. Proficiency or medium level in French, Italian or German
