AmONE is the financial solution division of QuinStreet. AmONE was founded in 1999 and was voted Orlando Business Journal Best Places to Work. We match our consumers with loan, debt and credit products. As a Loan Matching Specialist, you will speak to consumers to find out the goal of their loan request, explain the process and connect them to their best option. You earn commissions when they are successfully matched and move forward with a solution.

 

Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls from consumers in search of personal loans or other financial solutions Execute an efficient, transactional sales process Manage personal pipeline and effectively articulate progress towards key sales goals Utilize CRM system effectively, ensuring information entered is thorough and accurate Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee consumers receive exceptional service Maintain positive mindset and morale by encouraging other sales representatives and being open to feedback Ensure accuracy in matching and transferring consumers to the proper financial product to achieve and exceed monthly key performance indicators 

Requirements

High school diploma or its equivalent 2+ years’ experience in sales/customer service or other service industry experience Proven track record of consistently over-achieving in a variety of sales metrics Experience using Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills Highly self-motivated with a dedicated work ethic and “whatever it takes” attitude Ability to complete repetitive tasks while staying motivated History of success in a fast-paced sales environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outstanding time management skills Willingness to embrace and adapt to change to assist the company in meeting its monthly targets
