Inside Sales Representative
Description Job Description Position Type: Contract to permanent (3-6 month contract to permanent time frame) Pay: $19/hour with commission if transitioned to a permanent employee Hours/Location: Hybrid in Brentwood - Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the office, Monday and Friday are work from home days - 8:00 am- 5:00 pm with flexibility on start and end time(s) We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will effectively and efficiently provide sales and account management for our suite of products across various projects, such as fleet management, fuel cards, or other business solutions. You will be responsible for soliciting new business through high-volume outbound calls, working with leads provided via our state-of-the-art sales call center. Responsibilities + Deliver exceptional sales and account management for our suite of products across different projects, such as fleet services, fuel cards, or similar business solutions. + Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients using leads provided by our team. + Develop new prospects through cold calling, networking, and referrals. + Effectively market and sell our suite of products and services. + Demonstrate strong closing skills and a personal commitment to meeting sales targets. + Collaborate regularly with team members, including sales managers and field representatives, to achieve business goals. Requirements Qualifications + Proficiency in Verds, our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. + Preferred 2+ years of proven inside sales experience, including both inbound and outbound calls. + Industry experience in B2B sales or related domains is a strong plus. + Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Verds, and Webex. + Superior verbal and written communication skills. + Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mentality. + KPI and Metrics driven.
