What You’ll Be Doing

Prepare quotations, pricing received from customers within the committed timelineResponsible for filling the order re: MOQ/MPQ/LT pricing and part numbers.May also be responsible for changes, advice change of pricing and handle quality issues, customer payment issue.Responsible for handling quality issues on claims and/or may be responsible for processing claim.Relationship building with customers i.e. Initiate discussions on possible business opportunities.May handle requests for sample.May provide administrative support to Field Sales, when requested

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or above.A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a sales role or have worked in a customer service, sourcing and buyer role gained from the electronics component or high technology industryExcellent communication skills (clarity, organized way of thinking)Good time management skills (works well under pressure)Good English both in speaking and writingGood Microsoft office skills, especially good at ExcelAggressive, independent, proactive, hard-working, service-oriented and well-organized
