In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining robust customer relationships, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities: • Efficiently address customer inquiries through phone and email. • Make outbound calls to address customer needs and resolve issues. • Maintain accurate records through meticulous filing and documentation. • Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail. • Utilize customer database systems effectively to retrieve and input data. • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently. • Use Microsoft Word and Excel for various tasks. • Schedule appointments and manage order entries. • Handle inbound and outbound calls while providing excellent customer service. • Correspond with customers through email while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
