Your Role at a Glance
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for first line sales & commercial support for the Benelux region. Specifically, the successful candidate will pro-actively manage the end-to-end sales support process for our customers in the Benelux region. This position will work with the application engineering and sales engineering teams to answer customer queries, process sales documentation and customer inquiries; providing timely and appropriate sales support solutions aimed at exceeding customer needs and enhancing the overall Mastercam relationship.

How You’ll Drive Success
+ Manage the end-to-end customer experience of Mastercam customers in the Benelux region, ensuring that customer needs (cost, timing, quality, key issues) are met in a professional and proactive manner.
+ Winning and actioning sales orders and questions from customers by phone and in writing.
+ Manage and enact all sales support activities, including outbound sales calls, customer order processing, RFP response, maintaining sales records, software maintenance renewal, and the preparation of reports.
+ Sell and administer Mastercam solutions training program in the Benelux region, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction with the service provided.
+ Primary administrator of the company CRM System (Salesforce) for the Benelux region, maintaining and updating supplier, sales, and customer records.
+ Participate as a sales support liaison/representative at trade shows, machine tool dealer events, media events, and technical partner events to enhance the Mastercam name and benefit the overall brand.
+ Provide administrative and planning support for the Sales Support Manager and perform other operational tasks as required.
+ Business travel required up to 20% of the time in the UK and Benelux region.
The Talents We’re SeekingEducation
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience providing sales support for customers within the CAD/CAM, manufacturing, or a SaaS-based industry.
Required Skills
+ 3-5 years of successful, progressive responsibility within a fast-paced, hands-on, sales support position, preferably in a subscription-based or SaaS environment.
+ Fluency (written, reading & spoken) in the Dutch language is required.
+ Fluency in any other European languages (e.g. French, Spanish, German) preferred.
+ Clear understanding of sales and business development functions / processes.
+ CRM/ ERP experience; working knowledge of Salesforce and / or Oracle NetSuite preferred.

+ Above average communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide accurate and timely information in a succinct and easy to understand manner.
+ Personable, professional, and positive approach towards developing and maintaining relationships.
+ Full, clean UK driving license.
+ Currently residing and permitted to work in the UK.
