Role
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for securing qualified leads and appointments for the Tower sales organization through the execution of outbound prospecting, campaigns, and program support. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating a strong funnel of revenue opportunities. Experience in the Information Technology/Telecommunications sector or related fields is a plus, and the candidate should be familiar with a variety of lead generation approaches.
Responsibilities
Perform outbound prospecting and lead generation activities Secure qualified appointments for Tower sales Achieve monthly appointment setting targets Forge strong relationships with Tower sales representatives Develop strong relationships with decision makers and influencers within accounts Maintain data accuracy in CRM system Other duties and responsibilities as requiredEducation/Certifications
High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferredExperience/Minimum Requirements
1-5+ years’ experience selling telecommunications or related services  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency leveraging and maintaining a CRM programExpectations
Strong cold prospecting, customer service, and strategic questioning capabilities Requires a professional demeanor with strong communication skills – verbal and written Self-motivated team player Strong understanding of opportunities for revenue generation as it relates to the Towers businessOrganizational Relationship

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
