Job Summary

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is a key member of the inside sales team functioning as the primary point of contact for three key customer groups. The ISR will divide their time between managing relationships with distribution sales representatives, ZOLL Channel Partner Managers and the end user customers. This role entails high volume outbound calling activities, training and sales webinars and end user sales facilitation. The ISR focuses on lead generation, lead qualification and in many cases offering the technical expertise needed to close a sale.

Essential Functions

Identify and qualify opportunities from lead generation activities, inbound product enquiries and outbound calling initiatives.Identify and develop key contacts within distribution and end user customer accountsIdentify and assist with establishing new distribution partnersCollaborate with client services to create a seamless holistic customer service environmentSupport distribution by generating and analyzing reports and data


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

BA/BS
required orComparable work experience requiredPrior Sales Training required andInside Sales Training required andMinimum two years of inside sales, lead development or outbound call center experience required andPrior experience with CRM like HubSpot a plus required andAccount management or distribution experience preferred


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Basic office computer skills required, proficiency in learning new software preferredHigh level of integrity and work ethic requiredExcellent communication, writing and phone skills requiredTime and task management skills requiredEnergetic and competitive nature a major plus
