We are looking for talented and competitive **Inside Sales Representatives** that thrive in a quick sales cycle environment. This inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and booking and executing sales demos. Our ideal candidate can consistently identify new leads and fill the sales funnel on a weekly basis for the broader sales organization. **AS AN INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE, YOU WILL:** + Research and qualify sales leads. + Initiates sales process by qualifying and closing inbound leads resulting from customer requirements for our products and services. + Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders. + Route qualified opportunities or demos to the appropriate sales executives using CRM for further development as needed. + Regularly update CRM with critical lead and opportunity data enabling the business to accurately forecast revenue and measure key objectives. + Account retention and maintenance. + Coordinate product training. + Adhere to all other business practices and processes to achieve maximum results. + Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. + Other duties as assigned. **REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant work experience + 1-3 years experience preferred + Competent with Microsoft Office suite + Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM + Exceptional customer service skills. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal + Excellent Follow up Skills, ability to ensure tasks are completed + Excellent Time Management and Organizational skills to maximize your time and achieve results + Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position + Ability to travel up to 10% of the time **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Experience in food retail, logistics or the software/technology industry **Why Work in the Greater Metro Atlanta Area** Our facility is located in Kennesaw, GA, which is conveniently located within driving distance to Atlanta and historic downtown Kennesaw. The business unit is comprised of multiple acquisitions organized to add value to Copeland’s world-leading products through control, connectivity, and remote monitoring. The business generates half of its revenue outside of North America and employs over 1,200 people globally. Headquartered in the Greater Atlanta area, the business has major operations in Minnesota, Italy, Mexico, Brazil, China, and the Philippines. The Cold Chain business helps ensure that food safely and efficiently travels from farm to fork. With the blend of businesses and functions. Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process.
