Description As an Inside Sales Rep (ISR) you will be responsible for making outgoing communications to warm or cold prospect lists to initiate a relationship between the customer and our company, or to reinitiate a previous relationship. Responsible for researching and generating a list of potential customers through cold prospecting. Develop, monitor, and review monthly sales goals and adjust efforts accordingly. Assist with helping the Outside Sales Reps (OSR) in the field and occasionally going on the road to source customers.
