As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you will play a key role in sales support, customer service, and project coordination. You’ll collaborate closely with Area and Regional Sales Managers (ASM), operations teams, and customers to ensure seamless communication and efficient business processes. This role is ideal for individuals looking to deepen their understanding of the industry while contributing to the success of high-value projects.
**Your main tasks and responsibilities:**
**Customer & Account Management**
+ Serve as a primary point of contact for customers.
+ Manage and maintain customer information within the ERP system.
+ Provide project status updates and facilitate communication between operations and customers. **Proposal Management**
+ Generate and manage project proposals, including revisions based on inspection results.
+ Act as a liaison between customers and operations for commercial/technical clarifications.
+ Utilize CRM and ERP systems to track and integrate proposal details.
+ Oversee project financials, ensuring accuracy and approving final invoicing. **Project & Commercial Management**
+ Address project-related issues, questions, and concerns.
+ Facilitate communication between customers, ASMs, and operations teams
**To succeed in this role, you will need:**
+ Proficient use of Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel).
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with personnel from diverse backgrounds at all levels of the organization.
+ Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
+ Time management skills.
+ Understanding of basic financial concepts.
+ Bachelor’s Degree.
