Inside Sales Representative II will be responsible for the sale of personal protective equipment to current and new customers withing assigned territory by following and closing opportunities, tracking and managing special price process, introducing new products and acting as a constant interface between customers and different Honeywell teams.
The role might also require marketing campaign & lead management, cold calling activities (10% of the time), pipeline management, forecasting and closing opportunities to get results. Contact with customers will be carried out through electronic channels. Sales success is achieved by properly formulate the benefits of Honeywell solutions and products.
The responsibility will include the entire sales process, from identifying new sales opportunities by phone and online, through contact with new and both customers, needs investigation, selecting the right products, objection handling and closing sales agreements.
The sales cycle must be documented and registered in Honeywell's CRM system. Based on identified customer needs, opportunities are generated and followed by orders and sales revenue. By working with the CRM system, ISR will be able to efficiently manage sales dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
· Meet Annual Sales AOP and assigned activities (MOS/KPI)
· Build long-term, meaningful customer relationships on the phone and via yearly planned sales visits. Act on the customer’s behalf as an advocate to assure customer has best possible experience when interacting with Honeywell.
· Collaborate effectively with other internal teams to ensure the customer needs are fully met. Involve in ad-hoc team projects to address orders and revenue gaps and other business objectives. Identify market and competitor activity, product and industry developments and feedback this information to management and other relevant functions (e.g. Marketing or Sales).
· Account management activities: upsell & cross sell business planning and execution/develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
· Actively pursues new opportunities to drive and enable business growth while addressing new or existing customer needs.
· Managing special price requests or technical inquiries. Forecast and pipeline management (accuracy & sufficiency) in SFDC. Ensure SFDC all data accuracy.
Requirements:
· Business fluent in written and spoken English and German
· Min. 3 years of experience in a sales / customer-oriented position
· Bachelor's degree/equivalent
· Excellent communication skills; responsive, reacts with appropriate urgency & professionalism; demonstrated ability to influence at varying levels across the organization; demonstrated ability to operate independently; ability to use experience to appropriately apply the established standards
· Knowledge of key sales concepts, practices, and procedures; understanding of sales process; passion for sales and strong determination to build a long-term career; understanding of customer’s business, needs and goals to identify potential new business & cross-selling
· Prior industry experience
· Good knowledge in Microsoft Office especially Excel & PowerPoint

Honeywell recently announced plans to sell its Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) business to Protective Industrial Products, Inc. (PIP®), a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners. At this time, we anticipate that the deal will close in the first half of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. We expect this role, dedicated to the PPE business, will be part of this future transaction when it closes.
