Title: Inside Sales Project Management Analyst

Grade: 10

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Manage the creation and management of required projects and programs.Manages, develops, and implements comprehensive monitoring, assessment and compliance systems, procedures and processes as required by the Inside Sales Organization and as per agreed company format.Manage risks, including developing contingency plans such as changes to project execution and delivery deadlines.Monitoring and follow-up of results and their delivery within each project.Implementation of the agreed processes, based on the guidelines provided by the Inside Sales Organization and the PM manager.Tests and confirms the functionality of implemented project solutions necessary for the work of the Inside Sales OrganizationImplementation of software solutions for the Inside Sales Organization in different tools provided by the company, in order to support the projects on which the Inside Sales Organization is engaged.Triages and resolves issues related to project solutions provided to the Inside Sales Organization.Designs processes and procedures to support operational efficiency in the Inside Sales Organization. This includes new process design as well as operational process improvement.Works with other teams from the same organizational unit to ensure an efficient and productive experience - from start to finish.Monitoring the performance of team members through proactively developed KPI metrics.Identifies and collects documents, as well as support and advice needed for the management, planning and control of projects and programs.Defines project scope, objectives, milestones and deliverables.Prepares and reports to the Inside Sales Organization through defined reports.Liaises with the Inside Sales Organization and the project team to ensure the overall direction and integrity of the project.Agrees the technical and quality strategy with the appropriate members of the project team.Use of knowledge base or adequate process, in case of project obstacles.Holding daily meetings to improve progress and productivity. Reporting with progress indicators. Analysis and approval of project documentation. Monitoring activities against detailed project plans.Creation of processes and procedures around the implementation of the project solution for the Inside Sales OrganizationFocuses on automation in order to facilitate the daily operations of the Inside Sales Organization as well as its project teamAdditional responsibilities may be added as needed to ensure efficient and effective service is delivered to the Inside Sales OrganizationExpert knowledge of SalesForce is desirable in order to provide full support to the Inside Sales Organization through the creation of dashboards and reports Expert knowledge of project management tools available in NCR, such as Microsoft Flow, which enables project automation, and Asana, a project status tracking tool, is desirable.

 

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field1-3 years of related experienceKnowledge of English languageKnowledge of advanced Excel skills (ie v-look ups, filtering, etc.)Ability to project manage individual issues, including engagement of subject matter experts from different groupsStrong and comprehensive communication skills in order to exchange complicated informationWork in programs intended for the project management professionExcellent organizational skills
