Your role and responsibilities

The Inside Sales & Marketing Specialist – Spare Parts will play a key role in driving revenue growth by generating leads, managing sales of spare parts, and executing marketing strategies. This role requires a balance of inside sales expertise, marketing knowledge, and understanding of spare parts inventory and sales processes. You will be responsible for assisting customers with spare parts inquiries, while also driving new business and increasing the company’s market presence.•\tLead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage new potential customers through calls, emails, and social media.•\tSales of Spare Parts/Order Processing: Respond to inquiries, recommend suitable parts, and provide detailed product information. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of spare parts to customers.•\tCustomer Relationship Management: Manage customer accounts and ensure repeat business.•\tSales Targets & Order Processing: Meet or exceed sales goals and coordinate order processing with the logistics team.•\tPipeline & CRM Management: Maintain the CRM database to track customer interactions and sales activities.•\tMarketing Campaigns & Content Creation: Design and execute digital marketing campaigns, and create marketing materials.•\tCustomer Education & Brand Promotion: Develop educational content for customers and actively promote the brand.•\tInventory & Supplier Management: Coordinate inventory, maintain pricing and catalog, provide customer support, and communicate with suppliers.

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.Experience in the sale or distribution of mechanical, industrial, or automotive spare parts.Knowledge of eCommerce platforms or online spare parts marketplaces.Familiarity with aftermarket parts, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts, or parts for specialized industries (automotive, machinery, etc.).Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or marketing, ideally with a focus on spare parts or technical products.Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, SAP, etc.) and spare parts management systems.Experience with Excel and PowerBIStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical products in an easy-to-understand way.Knowledge of spare parts inventory systems and order fulfillment processes.Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams.Strong problem-solving and customer service skills, especially in handling spare parts inquiries.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Experience with digital marketing tactics (email campaigns, social media, SEO) and an understanding of online sales strategies.
