Job Description
As an Advanced Inside Sales Representative, you bring extensive knowledge and expertise in managing complex sales activities and resolving sophisticated customer issues. You will serve as a key resource within the sales team, focusing on executing and problem-solving to improve sales processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Outbound telephone contact and advice for new customers

Telephone customer support for sales-promoting measures to support the sales teams

Documentation of customer and project data in the CRM system (Customer Relationship Management)

Close cooperation and coordination with the sales and marketing teams

Relationship management with the key contacts

dentification of the customer's business topics and generation of appropriate sales opportunities

Support for the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) user groups

Job Requirements

Completed business administration or commercial training

Experience in outbound/inside sales is an advantage

Strong MS Office skills incl. MS Teams

Good written and spoken German and English skills

Enjoy working with customers

Friendly and self-confident appearance as well as strong communication skills

High level of self-motivation and communicative, proactive team player

Careful, independent and reliable way of working, even under deadline pressure

Experience in social selling

Knowledge of common sales methodologies is desirable
