Inside Sales Coordinator

Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading supplier of building envelope solutions that effectively drive energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications. We are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator working in our Wylie, TX facility.

 

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting sales operations by ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and seamless communication between internal teams, customers, and business partners. This role is responsible for managing electronic data interchange (EDI), processing rebates, maintaining e-commerce data, and integrating distribution center data into the ERP system. The coordinator proactively resolves data-related issues, facilitates customer engagement, and enhances digital sales experiences. By optimizing workflows and ensuring the accuracy of critical sales data, this position contributes to the overall success of the Inside Sales team.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate setup and configuration of EDI connections with trading partners. Calculate, track, and process Carlisle HVAC Brands rebate payments based on contractual agreements. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations regarding rebate processing. Ensure timely and accurate processing of EDI transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and shipping notices. Collaborate with IT and sales teams to troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues. Process website orders, ensuring seamless transactions and fulfillment. Set up and onboard new trading partners by handling EDI configuration, testing, and implementation. Proactively reach out to inactive customers via phone and email to re-engage them. Highlight new products, promotions, and updates to encourage repeat purchases. Provide support to customers by resolving data-related issues affecting their orders or pricing. Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Generate reports on sales performance, pricing trends, and rebate calculations to assist decision-making. Maintain and verify CRM and SAP data for accuracy and consistency. Expectation to understand, participate in, and support company COS initiatives, with focus on developing a lean mindset. Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Knowledge: Strong knowledge of EDI transactions, ERP systems, and data management. Familiarity with rebate processing, sales reports, and e-commerce platforms. Understanding of pricing compliance, contracts, and order lifecycle management Skills: Strong analytical skills to generate reports and track sales performance. Ability to process rebate calculations, troubleshoot EDI issues, and manage online orders. Proficiency in SAP, CRM tools, and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reporting tools). Excellent problem-solving and customer communication skills. Abilities: Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and process transactions efficiently. Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, IT, and logistics teams. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain compliance with rebate policies and pricing structures.

Education and Experience:

Required: High School Diploma 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, customer service, or a related role. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field. Experience with business-to-business sales.

Working Conditions:
