Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative with a strong mechanical aptitude to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, quoting, and inside sales. Your primary role will involve engaging new customers, prospecting, entering sales orders, and handling inquiries. There is a significant focus on making and following up on calls, with the goal of transitioning from more inbound to outbound calls.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare and provide quotations and quotes to customers.Prospect and engage new customers.Enter sales orders accurately.Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.Learn and teach product information to customers.Make and follow up on calls to current and potential customers.Collaborate with the receptionist and address any inside issues or generic work.Essential Skills3-5 years of experience in inside sales or customer service.Proven track record of hitting goals and KPI knowledge.Ability to work at a fast pace.Mechanical background in gas, aerospace, or hydraulics.Strong communication and follow-up skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in quoting and providing quotations to customers.Ability to transition from inbound to outbound calls.Work Environment
This position is primarily on-site, with the potential for a hybrid schedule once settled in. The work hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
