In this dynamic role, you'll take on multifaceted responsibilities, including developing new business, аccount management, and managing elements of the overall sales journey. Your tasks will range from generating and qualifying new and expansion business via multiple channels (inc. phone, email, social media, and others) to ensuring timely renewals and re-engaging customers with expired maintenance and support. Additionally, you'll be tasked with prospecting warm leads within our extensive customer base.
As part of your responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to oversee complete sales cycles for select opportunities, starting from prospecting and qualification all the way through to closure. This means you'll be involved in every step, leveraging your expertise to drive successful outcomes.
Moreover, you'll play a pivotal role in meeting product quotas and driving expansion and upsell opportunities within our customer base. This involves understanding our product offerings and identifying areas where additional products or services could benefit our customers. By delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll set the stage for continued engagement and foster growing interest in Progress' technologies and expertise.

In this role, you will:
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts.Understand clients' businesses, industries, and pain points to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.Prospect in a set list of in-market accountsRun outbound sales reach out through phone, email, and LinkedIn to book meetings with the leads from the target accountsUtilize different technologies to find the right decision-makers from the right accountAct as the main point of contact for clients with Dev Tools, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Support Field Account Managers with the execution of business plans and collaborating with other internal teams such as marketing and customer support to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients. Quota carrying for all DX products with a personal quota for the Dev Tool products.Responsible for all assigned Key Accounts renewals.Participate in product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiation as needed.Your background:
